(More customer reviews)I use this marinade mainly for Tri-Tip Roast. It has a wonderful mesquite smokey flavor, does not taste artificial. We have a lot of BBQ parties & all my company raves over the flavor of the meat. They used to sell this in the grocery store, but can only find it on Amazon or direct from Mickey Gilley's. However, it is much cheaper on Amazon. I do marinade it longer than the directions say. I usually marinade the Tri-tip for 24-48 hours in a ziplock bag in the fridge. For steaks & chicken I do about 1-2 hours. I highly recommend this product!
