(More customer reviews)I try to keep my carb intake very low and my protein intake moderately high, which is difficult since I choose to eat neither red meat nor poultry. These puddings are an excellent source of protein [20 g/can, which is one serving] and have only 1 carb gram per serving. Vanilla Cupcake is my favorite flavor. The pudding also comes in chocolate and banana cream. It is also marketed under the brand name, Instone, which is available in the Amazon Grocery as well.
