Somewhere in a shameful part of my mind, I always wanted to try fried spaghetti. These are close. The hard crunchiness and the pasta taste are hard to reconcile at first, and I didn't like them, but after a few more I did, and now I really like them, but I like to snack on the naked boiled lasagna noodles when I'm cooking. I'm happy with subtle flavors. When I bite it I get hard crunch, a nice oil flavor, salt, and plain pasta buried somewhere underneath.
They're not for everyone, but I like them a lot. Don't expect potato chips, though.
