(More customer reviews)I first ate these cookies on an airplane, and during a trip to Belgium. They are made of something called "speculose". They taste a bit like ginger, but not quite so. Very crunchy, they stay fresh, and are great for a snack or with coffee or tea. I am really glad I found them after such a long time. Highly recommend them. I hope the vendor packs them adequately because they are delicate!
