(More customer reviews)These are nice, crisp little cookies that taste almost like animal crackers. My kids like to spread jam, Nutella and nut butters on these, or press ice cream between two for an ice cream sandwich, but I like them best plain. They are lovely with some coffee or tea: they have a light vanilla flavor that compliments either beverage. At 120 calories for 8 cookies and less than 70 cents per roll, I can afford to keep some of these in my desk at work and some in the pantry at home. They curb my sugar craving while being low calorie, low fat (2g per serving) and low sugar (8 grams per serving). When the kids want something more, they can dress these up to their liking. This is a very handy item to have in the cupboard!
