(More customer reviews)This is a great product to try. The taste is similar to brown rice, except a nutty dry flavor as opposed to your normal panko breadcrumb taste. There is no added salt, sugar, gluten/wheat, and dairy. The only ingredient is brown rice. I am used to bread chicken for baked nuggets and to mix with crab for crab cakes or stuffed mushrooms. I find it an excellent product.
