(More customer reviews)My kids are on a GF/CF & soy free diet. I really love having something easy for meal time. My husband who's not on a special diet really liked it too. I have to say that using all of the spice packet make it a bit too "hot" for my 7 & 11 yr old, so next time I'll use 1/2 and same the other half for a burger mix in.
