They're glazed with a slightly sweet coating, making the flavor a nice complement to the hint of black pepper and orange-cranberry you'll savor in these crunchy gourmet-tasting pecans. My husband and I put them in our fresh spinach salads, and we love them! They really do make the salad. I used to be able to get these at my local Target, but they stopped carrying them. I was very pleased to have found them at Amazon.com. When they become available again, I will definitely reorder more.
