Kashi's whole grain mixture, sesame seeds, and olive oil give these nice big crackers a wonderfully rich flavor. These will go well with any toppings - I like hummus, as well as shrimp and avocado. Also great with a hearty homemade minestrone soup. I can't get these where I live anymore - hopefully, they will be available at Amazon soon -
