What I love about this is that sometimes you buy these things and they taste like cardboard. Wasa (swedish brand) is a good example of this. The only complaint, is that this is not 100% whole wheat. First ingredient is Organic Wheat Flour and then followed by Organic Whole Wheat Flour (I buy the Organic version of the Devonsheer Wheat Toast in my local supermarket). If you're looking for fiber, it's minimal, but it's still great!
