Delicious, none of the bad stuff like fat, artificial colors, gluten, nuts, etc, and loaded with nutrients. 1 package had 100% of daily requirement of vitamin C, plus 30% vit. A, thiamine, niacin, iron, riboflavin and zinc, with only 130 calories. My kids liked it so well they told me I could just fill their stockings with this! It is much cheaper to buy it here (96 0.6 oz. boxes for ~$26.00) than to buy it in stores (1 1.5 oz. box is about $1.29-1.49). The blueberry is MUCH tastier than the orange or strawberry.
