(More customer reviews)I think these may be good for baking but not great for snacking. The cool thing about these are that the only ingredient is the fruit. The bad part is that they don't really taste good and they have the consistency of styrofoam. They are not the mostly-dried, soft fruit. These things are super all-the-way dried fruit so when you bite them they pretty much turn to powder. My 2 year old son would snack on them but would make a huge powdery mess all over the house. The apple powder was not that bad but the strawberries make a really tough red stain in any fabric they touch.
