(More customer reviews)Eden Foods' Red Wine Vinegar is EXCELLENT. It's rich and delicious, especially if it's raw, and contains the "mother." It tastes great paired with olive oil atop tomatoes. Since there is settling, it is good to shake it up every once in awhile. It's wonderful for the vinaigrette for the Rasta Pasta Primavera in Vegan Fusion World Cuisine: Extraordinary Recipes & Timeless Wisdom from the Celebrated Blossoming Lotus Restaurants. It tastes very much like wine, and it's been barrel-aged. Delicious and nutritious!
