(More customer reviews)I know these noodles are specially made for Passover, but I discovered them last year, and they're the perfect soup noodles for celiacs too! I don't know of any other gluten-free egg noodles right now, so I stock up on these and use them year-round.
just throw them into your soup towards the end, because if you leave them in for too long, they dissolve. it's not so bad if they dissolve though, because at least then they thicken your soup!
