(More customer reviews)I agree that these are a great product. We use them in most cooking that calls for garlic. They soften up nicely in sauces and when sauteed with onions and oil. They may not be good for cold applications - I believe it's the heat that softens them and really brings out the fresh garlic flavor. We've always got these on hand for cooking, very easy to keep and use!

We don't fool with Mother Natureour products are exactly what they say they areabsolutely nothing is added. We do not add fat, sweeteners, sulfur, sulfites, preservatives, colorings.We do not add anything. All we do is take out the water leaving intense flavor, good color and great nutrients.
