(More customer reviews)This balsamic vinegar has 4% acidity so it is more mellow than most balsamic that you would find on the supermarket shelves. And it is thick like a syrup. It is great for dipping and for drizzling over fruits or ice cream. Have not tried using it as a meat glaze but I'm sure that will taste great, as well.
