I had heard about the chia (as in chia pet) type of seeds and flax and quinoa. They put all these wonderfully healthy ingredients along with brown rice into something that really tastes good too! My grandchildren, teenagers and adult children enjoyed them. Grab a bowl of salsa and enjoy with feeling the least bit guilty! Gluten free too.
