They're a fantastic high-protein substitute for croutons and oyster crackers for anything you want to add a little crunch to. Plus they were about 30 cents a bag cheaper than my store price, even with shipping. I added full-size soy crisps to my high-protein, low-fat, mostly vegetarian diet a few months ago, and these little beauties fit right in too. Shipping was super-fast, just two days to my doorstep. Highly recommended.
