(More customer reviews)My husband is a big ginger fan. In fact, when he eats sushi, he orders a side of raw ginger. Our son and I like (but do not love) ginger. All three of us think these cookies are absolutely delicious and we highly recommend them. They definitely have the "wow" my husband was looking for in a ginger cookie. We keep them in the freezer and they are so refreshing when they're cold. Yum!
