(More customer reviews)this bars are absolutely delicious! the only reason i don't give them a 5 star review is that i am not 100% sure that they are really healthy... glorified candy bars, say some? well, i'd rather have one of these than a snickers bar, since these at least have protein and vitamins. but i would not abuse them, as they will make you gain weight if you eat too many of them, and or if you don't have a comprehensive plan involving proper nutrition, good quality supplements and, of course, healthy exercise!
this dark chocolate line is really tasty, i love both flavors (almond and double chocolate) but the double chocolate is my very favorite!!! the only problem is that i've come to think they might be addictive... maybe it's just me, but i've seen other people's comments on this... so, be careful, and as with any other good thing in life... use with moderation!!!

Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs Delight Bars, Honey Maid Cheesecake Review

(More customer reviews)I personally purchase a lot of the 100 Calorie Snacks or the Rite Bite Snacks. I was excited to see a "cheesecake" bar in the 100 Calorie Section. However, I could NOT find these in any store near me! So, I ordered these & anxiously awaited their arrival...only to be VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! These bars are super dry, almost impossible to eat without a drink nearby. They do not taste anything like cheesecake. Even the graham cracker (Honey Maid) that is underneath the "cheesecake" is unbelievably dry & tasteless, almost like eating sawdust! Their is no "moisture" to the "cheesecake" layer what-so-ever, and it is grainy & gritty. I would not recommend these to anyone!!! If you really want some cheesecake & are on a diet, I say save up some calories for the end of your week & treat yourself to a piece of the real stuff, because you will be sorely disappointed with these bars! I only opened one of them, and made myself finish it because I cannot stand wasting food, it was a challenge to eat every bite!

(More customer reviews)The Special K "Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Snack Bars" are VERY good tasting treats. While not diabetic friendly due to the high sugar content (11g out of 14g Net Carbs), these are much better for you than regular candy bars and every bit as good.
These bars are somewhat smaller than a regular candy bar and only have 110 Calories (30 of them from Fat). They also provide 4g of Protein and have no Cholesterol.
These are a great snack for those on a diet or if you are just trying to limmit the amount of calories from snacking.
Highly Recommended!

(More customer reviews)These bars are very tasty. And I got a low sales price so they were much less overpriced than such bars usually are. But I consider them to be more like slightly-less-sweet cookies than like health bars -- not that there's anything wrong with that. They come two thin ones per pouch, so though you get 72 total, there are only 36 pouches. And most people would consider one pouch to be one serving, so you're getting 36 servings here, not 72. Also, the bars are extremely crumbly so I suggest having something underneath when you eat them to catch all those crumbs (or have a cordless vacuum handy if you eat these in the car).

(More customer reviews)I love figs, fresh and dried, and I've loved every Oskri product I've tried...until this one. The expiration date says 2012, but either I had a bad batch or these bars were intended to taste very bitter and sour. They're not sweet at all and even kind of burned in my throat on the way down. I am not in any way a picky eater, but this is definitely one of the worst foods I've ever experienced. Don't say you weren't warned.

(More customer reviews)For those not in the know, Clif bars are great to eat if you're on the run or if you just need a little extra boost of energy before you hit the gym.
Myself, I'll eat one in the morning along with an apple or piece of fruit for breakfast. Then, on days where I either lift or swim in the afternoon, I'll eat another one about an hour before my workout. I've found that doing so puts my energy level right where I want it to be by the time I start my workout.
Cranberry Apple Cherry isn't my favorite flavor, but it's not the worst, either. It certainly has more of a "trail mix" flavor than any of the other ones I've tried.
