(More customer reviews)this bars are absolutely delicious! the only reason i don't give them a 5 star review is that i am not 100% sure that they are really healthy... glorified candy bars, say some? well, i'd rather have one of these than a snickers bar, since these at least have protein and vitamins. but i would not abuse them, as they will make you gain weight if you eat too many of them, and or if you don't have a comprehensive plan involving proper nutrition, good quality supplements and, of course, healthy exercise!
this dark chocolate line is really tasty, i love both flavors (almond and double chocolate) but the double chocolate is my very favorite!!! the only problem is that i've come to think they might be addictive... maybe it's just me, but i've seen other people's comments on this... so, be careful, and as with any other good thing in life... use with moderation!!!

I am so pleased to have found a bar that is gluten-free (I am gluten-intolerant), organic (free of pesticides and GMOs), raw (to preserve nutritional content), and also free of agave nectar and/or honey, which is found in nearly all comparable products and often gives me a headache. Sweeteners are not needed, this is a really delicious bar with just the right amount of sweetness.

It's sweet, but it's relatively low on the glycemic index & it has lots of protein, which makes it a perfect snack, or even a quick meal replacement! The price here isn't too good, though. My local all-natural food store has a much better price, which is unfortunate because I'd much rather order them online from Amazon!

(More customer reviews)I am not a big fan of fruit roll-ups as they tend to be more like candy than fruit with added sugar. These Twisted Fruit ropes are a "whole" other story. They are Organic and provide ONE FULL Serving of Fruit! Each one is 70 calories and best of it, they are satisfying. And I love its dense, chewy texture. It's SO GOOD that I enjoy it as much as my children do ! So far, I have had the pleasure of trying the strawberry, sour apple, and tropical fruit twists. I love them all although the sour apple is indeed "sour". It will make your mouth pucker which I personally love but I buy the strawberry & tropical flavors for my children. I just wish that they were less expensive but I can see how they cost more to produce so I am willing to pay more to get a better, more nutritious fruit snack ! Btw, Amazon has the best prices on these esp. if you "subscribe and save". They are not yet readily available and at my Whole Foods Supermarket, they sell for 99 cents EACH !

(More customer reviews)These are good. If you have been low carbing, you will appreciate them. The chocolate is a little waxy, but the overall effect taste of these bars are sinful. Yes, you will want another one. - DON'T do it. You will pay for it. It does have sugar alcohols but not to an outrageous extent. The fat content is not bad and the calorie count is moderate also. If you need a treat, this will fill the bill. I sit at meetings where there are baskets (literally) of chocolate and refined sugars that everyone grazes on. It is nice to have this and say, no thank you.

(More customer reviews)For those not in the know, Clif bars are great to eat if you're on the run or if you just need a little extra boost of energy before you hit the gym.
Myself, I'll eat one in the morning along with an apple or piece of fruit for breakfast. Then, on days where I either lift or swim in the afternoon, I'll eat another one about an hour before my workout. I've found that doing so puts my energy level right where I want it to be by the time I start my workout.
Cranberry Apple Cherry isn't my favorite flavor, but it's not the worst, either. It certainly has more of a "trail mix" flavor than any of the other ones I've tried.
